JOB DESCRIPTION Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Production Technician in Fountain Inn, SC. Our client is a global manufacturer of precision technical textiles and chemical solutions, serving the filtration, medical, and industrial sectors. The Production Technician is responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safe and efficient manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor textile manufacturing equipment and production lines
• Perform setup, changeovers, and routine equipment maintenance
• Ensure consistent quality by performing inspections and following product specifications
• Troubleshoot and report any machine malfunctions or deviations
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Communicate issues or improvement opportunities to supervisors or maintenance teams

Job Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for 8–12 hour shifts
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed

Required Experience and Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Previous experience in textile or industrial manufacturing is a plus
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required

Must have an Electrical Background, Electrical Troubleshooting Experience, and Experience reading Electrical Schematics!!!
