Position Overview

LeaderStat is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader for a(n) Registered Nurse - RN Neurology in Gainesville, FL. This leader is responsible for guiding the hospital’s strategic direction, ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, leadership, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of RECENT (Within the last 4 years) Acute Care RN experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.

Salary Range: 2 YR: 30.69- 5 YR: 33.71- 17 YR: 43.20 Max

Shift Diff: Night Diff: 4.25 & Weekend diff: 3.00
