Countertop Fabricator - Polisher (Night Shift) – Boise

FLOFORM Countertops is seeking a full-time Fabricator/Polisher (Night Shift) at our Boise branch. We are a recognized company with multiple branches and facilities in the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada, manufacturing and installing premium surface countertops. Responsibilities

• File grooved, contoured, and irregular surfaces of stone to conform to templates, layouts, or blueprint specifications.
• Grind, sand, clean or polish objects or parts to correct defects or prepare surfaces for finishing, using hand tools and power tools.
• Unload/load and adjust work pieces onto equipment or work tables using hand tools and mechanical lifters.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday (Full Time).

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role with polishing on natural stone and engineered quartz is a plus, or experience in auto detailing considered transferable.
• Experience using grinders and polishers is an asset.
• Hardworking, motivated, well organized and task oriented.
• Basic computer skills, MS Office.
• Ability to read units of measurement.
• Knowledge of hand woodworking tools and ability to operate power tools such as table saw, chop saw, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive wage: $22/HR - $30/HR DOE.
