We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth and safe operation of production equipment and facility systems. Ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical and electrical background, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to workplace safety and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including CNC machines, casting, finishing, and assembly systems
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on all plant machinery
• Rebuild or replace mechanical and electrical components (motors, relays, valves, pumps, etc.)
• Read and interpret schematics (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic)
• Maintain and repair facility equipment as needed
• Follow all OSHA, company safety, and 5S standards
• Support facility safety audits and implement corrective actions
  
  

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience (preferred)
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work with PLCs, VFDs, servo systems, operator interfaces
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Basic welding and fabrication skills a plus
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and problem-solving
  
  

Work Environment

• Fast-paced manufacturing floor with exposure to noise, heat, chemicals, and machinery
• Physical requirements include lifting (up to 50 lbs.), climbing, crouching, and manual dexterity
• Must be safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision

Hours: 11 PM - 7 AM
