Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 USD annually plus 20% bonus
Description: A growing food company near Valdosta, GA is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent with at least 4 years of poultry experience. The role offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and relocation assistance if needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in food production maintenance
- 5+ years as a maintenance superintendent or manager
- 4+ years of poultry plant equipment maintenance experience
- Experience with processing equipment, PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics
- Strong leadership skills with mentoring ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
