Position Description

Ryder is immediately hiring Full Time Material Handlers in Spring Hill, Tennessee.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $20.33 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $30.50 per hour
• Additional Pay: $1.25 per hour for second shift
• Schedules: 1st Shift Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm; 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 4:00 pm - 12:30 am

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Dependable, punctual, with good attendance
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods
• Flexible schedule and safety-conscious

Responsibilities

• Loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Accurate handling of paperwork and product staging
• Support automated packing systems
• Other duties as assigned
