As a Forklift Operator, you’re the backbone of our warehouse operations. Safely maneuver forklifts to make sure products are perfectly loaded, unloaded, picked, and stored. Every day you’ll make a tangible impact on the supply chain, helping us deliver excellence across the globe!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets
• Manual case picking when directed
• Prep and ship products with accuracy and care
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies
• Replenish products in the right bays to keep the warehouse moving
• Tackle other duties within training and expertise

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently
• Bonus points for Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable — you and the team depend on you

Schedule, Pay, and Benefits

• Pay Range: $17.90 per hour + $0.50 per hour shift differential
• This position is eligible for a bi-weekly productivity bonus in addition to base pay
• Schedule: Mon - Fri, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM; weekends off
• Full benefits: health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k), life insurance, tuition assistance, PTO, and more
• Rapid Paid option (hours worked can be paid out before payday)
