Requirements:

• Arizona CNA license
• Level one Fingerprint card
• CPR certification

Job Duties:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, activities, and socialization
• Document care provided
• Obtain and record vital signs
• Identify and communicate changes with nursing staff
• Maintain a safe and caring environment
• Provide residents with respect and dignity
