Position Summary:

We are seeking an exceptionally sharp, fast-moving Project Manager to support high-priority initiatives within a leading global provider of critical digital infrastructure solutions. Working directly with the SVP, this individual will take ownership of multiple non-technical projects that span across departments. The ideal candidate thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, has strong executive presence, and is adept at managing competing priorities while bringing clarity and momentum to disjointed workstreams.

This is a full-time onsite role in Columbus, OH, requiring 5 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the right-hand partner to the SVP, supporting oversight of multiple business-critical initiatives.
  • Identify and address gaps in active projects, consolidate updates, and remove roadblocks to execution.
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, driving alignment across business units and ensuring follow-through.
  • Develop and maintain project trackers, action plans, and executive-level reporting to ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Proactively tie up loose ends across fragmented projects, bringing structure and urgency to efforts that have stalled.
  • Serve as a strong liaison between senior leadership and operational teams to ensure effective communication and execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of project management experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to drive business-oriented, non-technical projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong executive communication and reporting skills—comfortable presenting to C-suite.
  • Experience managing complex project portfolios with minimal oversight or structure.
  • Highly organized, intellectually sharp, and comfortable working with urgency.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification or comparable project management credentials.
  • Prior experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure environments is a plus.
  • Experience supporting or reporting directly to SVPs, EVPs, or C-level executives.
