Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Columbus, OH (100% Onsite, 5 Days/Week)
Contract Duration: Now through 12/31/2025 (Strong possibility of extension)
Pay Rate: $120–$130/hour (W-2)
Employment Type: W-2 preferred (1099 may be considered for the right candidate)

Position Summary:
We are seeking an exceptionally sharp, fast-moving Project Manager to support high-priority initiatives within a leading global provider of critical digital infrastructure solutions. Working directly with the SVP, this individual will take ownership of multiple non-technical projects that span across departments. The ideal candidate thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, has strong executive presence, and is adept at managing competing priorities while bringing clarity and momentum to disjointed workstreams.
This is a full-time onsite role in Columbus, OH, requiring 5 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the right-hand partner to the SVP, supporting oversight of multiple business-critical initiatives.
- Identify and address gaps in active projects, consolidate updates, and remove roadblocks to execution.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, driving alignment across business units and ensuring follow-through.
- Develop and maintain project trackers, action plans, and executive-level reporting to ensure visibility and accountability.
- Proactively tie up loose ends across fragmented projects, bringing structure and urgency to efforts that have stalled.
- Serve as a strong liaison between senior leadership and operational teams to ensure effective communication and execution.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of project management experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to drive business-oriented, non-technical projects across cross-functional teams.
- Strong executive communication and reporting skills—comfortable presenting to C-suite.
- Experience managing complex project portfolios with minimal oversight or structure.
- Highly organized, intellectually sharp, and comfortable working with urgency.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or comparable project management credentials.
- Prior experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure environments is a plus.
- Experience supporting or reporting directly to SVPs, EVPs, or C-level executives.
