Overview
System Engineer. LOCATION: Honolulu, HI 96815. CLEARANCE: TS/SCI Full Poly (Please note this position requires full U.S. Citizenship). We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented System Engineer to contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex systems. The role focuses on ensuring system components function seamlessly together while meeting performance, security, and reliability standards. The ideal candidate excels in troubleshooting, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions. A strong understanding of system integration, configuration, and operational management is essential. Proficiency in system design and analysis Familiarity with operating systems Experience with network protocols Competency with scripting and automation Experience with database management systems Understanding of cloud infrastructure Desired Skills
Familiarity with virtualization technologies Knowledge of DevOps practices Experience with containerization tools Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems Understanding of Agile methodologies Experience with disaster recovery planning Education and Alternate Experience
DEGREE (Level Desired): Bachelor\'s Degree DEGREE (Focus): Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Systems Analysis, Technology Management, etc. Alternate Experience: General comment on degrees: Most contracts allow additional experience (4-5 years) in lieu of a Bachelor\'s Degree.
