Basic qualifications
(required at time of application): PhD (or equivalent) or completed all requirements for a PhD except the dissertation at the time of application in engineering, or the physical or biological sciences. Additional qualifications
(required at time of start): PhD by time of appointment Preferred qualifications : Desired qualifications include an outstanding research record or demonstrated independent research in the areas of: Computer Engineering, Communications, Control & Signal Processing, or Electronics and Photonics.
