You will be a foundational member of our team, building the marketing function from the ground up. You will craft the stories, create the content, and execute the campaigns that capture the attention of the industrial world. You won't just be promoting a product; you'll be the architect of a brand that stands for the future of American industry. What You’ll Do Campaign Execution:
Develop and manage end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, digital ads, industry events) to build our sales pipeline. Content Creation:
Write and assist in production of compelling content—including blog posts, technical case studies, social media updates, and video scripts—that translates our complex technology into powerful stories. Digital Presence:
Manage our corporate website and all social media channels, ensuring our brand story is consistent, engaging, and constantly growing our audience of customers, partners, and future talent. Marketing Operations:
Own our marketing technology stack (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Webflow), using it to measure campaign performance and deliver actionable insights. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with our sales and product teams to unearth technical stories and transform them into valuable marketing assets that drive demand. Sales Enablement:
Create and arm our team with the essential collateral they need to win, including slide decks, one-pagers, and product datasheets. Who You Are 2+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably within a startup, tech, or industrial company. A true marketing generalist with hands-on experience across content creation, demand generation, social media, and website management. An exceptional writer and communicator. You can distill deeply technical topics into clear, concise, and compelling narratives. A proactive and organized project manager who can confidently lead initiatives from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment. You are data-informed and comfortable using marketing analytics to track performance and guide your strategy. A creative and strategic thinker who is also a scrappy, hands-on executor.
