Strategic Leadership:
Implement and communicate regional engineering strategies aligned with global goals. Standardize processes and drive performance through key metrics. Team Development & Recruitment:
Hire, mentor, and develop engineering talent. Build succession plans and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Technology & Capability Advancement:
Lead innovation by researching, developing, and deploying advanced manufacturing technologies. Maintain a regional capability roadmap and stay ahead of industry trends. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to exchange knowledge and drive strategic projects. Operational Excellence:
Optimize cost, streamline processes, and ensure project milestones deliver maximum value. Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred) 8+ years in manufacturing or engineering management, including 5+ years in capability deployment Proven leadership and team management experience Strong communication, strategic thinking, and technical acumen What can Jabil offer you?
