Full-Time / Permanent Requirements:
Netsuite required, Manufacturing/Construction industry preferred. As the Director of Finance, you will oversee the financial operations and strategic planning for the company, managing a team of 3-4 staff members and reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Your role will be pivotal in guiding the financial direction as the company continues to grow and expand its operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise all finance and accounting operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with GAAP, federal, and state regulations. Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting, Sales & Income Tax Reporting, and Internal Audits. Develop and enforce accounting policies and internal controls. Prepare and present financial reports for seven subsidiaries. Lead financial planning and budget management functions, providing strategic insights to senior management. Manage and report sales tax filings across 30+ states using Avalara software. Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and oversee asset management. Serve as the primary liaison with external financial partners and coordinate external audits. Prepare ad hoc financial reports to support business decisions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MBA highly preferred. 5+ years of accounting and financial management experience, preferably in manufacturing or construction industries. Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Office 360 Suite. Strong managerial, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple teams and projects under pressure.
