Manager - Financial Services Organization – AI and Data - Service Delivery Center EY is the only professional services firm with a separate business unit dedicated to the financial services marketplace. Our FSO teams have been at the forefront of events that reshaped and redefined the financial services industry. This practice also has Service Delivery Centers made up of high-performing US-based resources who work with our client-serving professionals to deliver project-based work and managed services to US-based Financial Services clients. Responsibilities
Work with diverse teams of professionals with different skill sets to deliver a wide range of AI and data services. Be a team player with strong communication skills and a desire to learn the technical skills required for the role. Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams through a product life cycle – requirements, design, development, and testing. Design, build, and maintain production-grade ML and DL models, machine learning workflows, and pipelines. Help clients make data-driven decisions by working with structured and unstructured data sets and building predictive models. Design and develop solutions leveraging big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) to ingest, process, and analyze large, disparate data sets. Qualifications
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related technology majors. Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in AI/ML engineering or MLE/ML Ops. Experience working with business, management, and technology concepts. Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.). Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying and managing ML and AI solutions. Strong deep learning experience, particularly in Neural Network architectures for NLP, Computer Vision, and Machine Intelligence. Knowledge of MLOps practices for CI/CD of ML models in a cloud environment. Good written and verbal communication skills. Willingness and ability to travel 0%-25%. Valid driver’s license in the US. Valid passport. Ideally, you’ll also have
Certification in databases, data visualization, or programming/statistical language. Knowledge or certifications in cloud technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, or Azure. Experience developing and deploying Generative AI applications for use cases like text generation, image synthesis, and creative AI. Familiarity with cloud-based ML services such as AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, or Azure Machine Learning. What Working At EY Offers
