Overview

Capital Rx is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise Accounts to join the Enterprise Solutions team. The role focuses on leveraging the JUDI Enterprise Health Platform to service pharmacy administrative needs for Capital Rx’s SaaS customers and to provide expert guidance across JUDI’s capabilities. Position Responsibilities

Serve as the point of contact for all adjudication related inquiries in support of Capital Rx’s SaaS customers. Provide configuration services and support across multiple modules in JUDI. Provide customers with subject matter expertise in JUDI’s capabilities, ensuring successful migration to the adjudication platform. Translate requirements from previous adjudication systems and configure them to the customer’s intent. Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers through superior customer service, meeting or exceeding service level metrics. Lead communications during the implementation period by guiding on plan benefit configuration, network, formulary, clinical and data exchanges. Identify execution risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure a successful launch and positive member experience. Recommend configuration efficiencies for SaaS customers in JUDI. Conduct comprehensive testing and review of configurations. Monitor live claims for accuracy, identify trends and discrepancies. Provide ongoing customer support for configuration evaluations and troubleshooting, coordinating with customers, vendors, and operations teams to meet SLAs. Take charge of critical issues, ensuring swift resolution and clear communication with key stakeholders. Occasionally participate in meetings, travel, or provide service support outside standard business hours, including weekends. Adhere to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct and report noncompliance as required. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or 4+ years of PBM or health plan experience. 2+ years in a customer-facing role. Medicare Part D subject matter expertise required. Experience operating multiple claims adjudication systems. 1+ years of SQL experience and managing large data sets preferred. PBM and/or pharmacy technician experience preferred. Excellent project/time management, prioritization, and organizational skills to ensure customer satisfaction. Ability to shift between competing priorities and meet organizational goals. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable with Jira, Miro, Confluence, Github, and AWS Redshift. Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively with virtual teams. Ability to travel 5-10%. Additional Information

Salary Range:
