EXP What a day at EXP has in store for you Responsible for providing direction and management for all phases of alternative delivery projects This position is accountable for the contractual components of a project’s success, to meet or exceed the clients’ expectations, and to the timely and profitable completion of the job Provide Technical Leadership for P3 / DB Pursuits and Projects Establish Division goals and objectives which correspond to EXP’s mission, vision, values and goals Develop a strategy and implement plans to achieve Division goals and objectives Review and continuously improve relevant procedures applicable to the Division Participate in management meetings What Your Experience Looks Like Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management 15+ years of project management, construction management experience, or an equivalent combination Construction experience in transportation engineering or transportation construction projects, including, but not limited to, Highway DOT, bridges, or federal projects PE certification Experience and understanding of alternative delivery projects, including, but not limited to, design build Experience in key project leadership roles Considerable experience in client management on project pursuits, as well as in project delivery Understanding and experience with win strategies, pricing and project scheduling Experience in technical writing Understanding of Scheduling, Estimating and Project Controls Software Open to travel About Us Our story With a mission to understand, innovate, partner and deliver, EXP provides engineering, architecture, design and consulting services to the world’s built and natural environments.
