In this field-based, specialty sales position you will sell Neurology products to key stakeholders in the Multiple Sclerosis community, including Neurologists, allied health professionals, and local MS chapters.
The Sr. Territory Business Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales plans for the assigned territory. Candidates may be considered for Sr. Territory Business Manager or Territory Business Manager based on qualifications described below.
What You'll Do
Convey complex clinical and reimbursement information to customers and key stakeholders regarding Biogen products.
Utilize exemplary interpersonal skills and targeted probing to uncover and address customers' educational needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customers are informed about available Biogen support services as needed.

Qualifications
Education: BS/BA preferred; MBA a plus.
Proven ability to drive results in a challenging and ambiguous market; launch, business development, and co-promotion experiences are advantageous.
Tenacious, outside-the-box thinker who excels in a collaborative team setting.
Customer- and patient-focused and able to uncover obstacles, and strategically drive for results with limited direction in ambiguity.
Desire and capability to help the company achieve new levels of success.
Driving is an essential duty; candidates must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record per Biogen policy.
Must live within the assigned territory (Spokane, WA).
Sr. Territory Business Manager vs Territory Business Manager
Sr. Territory Business Manager: 5+ years of pharma, specialty, hospital, and/or biotech sales; breadth of experiences across these disciplines is highly desirable; proven track record of success (Top 30% over 3+ years, achievement awards, etc.).
Territory Business Manager: 3-5 years of territory sales or 5+ years of specialty clinical experience.
Additional Information The base compensation range for this role is $135,000.00 - $181,000.00. Base salary is determined through an analytical approach considering relevant skills and experience, job location, and internal equity.
Regular employees are eligible for both short-term and long-term incentives, including cash bonuses and equity opportunities, based on individual, business unit, and company performance.
