Position- Executive Director • Position Type: Full time • Location: Hilliard, Ohio • Salary: $87,360 - $104,000 Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Manager on Duty Weekend Rotations, 10am-2pm. To be a Visionary. Communicate with the team where the community is going and what its goals are, including business plans and sales plans. To be a “Management Mechanic.” Keep the machine of the community—residents and employees—running smoothly. To be a “Resident Receptor” by anticipating and managing resident satisfaction needs. To be an “Entrepreneurial Steward.” Run your community like your own mini-business. Qualifications
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. You should have two (2) years of college; at least three (3) years of experience providing residential care to the elderly; or equivalent education and experience. Knowledge of requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to residents. Knowledge of and ability to conform to applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Ability to maintain or supervise the maintenance of financial and other records. Ability to direct the work of others and provide leadership for measurable growth and satisfaction in performing the work. Good character and reputation of personal integrity. Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents. Positive and energetic attitude with a love for residents. Computer skills to print documents and enter information in our systems. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling for brief periods. Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds. Comfortable sitting at a desk for six to eight hours a day (sedentary role). Criminal background clearance. Clean driving record as per the insurance carrier’s policy. Benefits
