Vessi is opening our first US store. We’re seeking a seasoned retail leader with 3–5 years of store management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to lead a new market storefront in Bellevue, WA. You will own the store, build and lead a team of Sales Associates, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and drive exceptional results. Store Operations
Own day-to-day operations of the Bellevue location, ensuring operational excellence in every detail Deliver flawless product launches, in-store activations and community connection Lead all store procedures including scheduling, opening/closing, cash management, inventory, POS, safety protocols, and reporting Join weekly HQ calls and contribute to cross-functional projects Build strong relationships with mall management and neighboring retailers Plan, execute and participate in retail events and activations, community partnerships and traffic-driving initiatives Support future Vessi store openings as needed People Management
Recruit, hire, and onboard top Sales Associates, Assistant Managers and Team Leads in collaboration with People & Culture Manage weekly schedules and labor planning with a focus on an exceptional customer experience, efficiency and profitability Lead product and brand training sessions to ensure strong customer education and storytelling Cultivate a positive, high-performance culture through motivation, coaching, and recognition Own performance reviews and people development to improve the team of today, tomorrow and the future Performance
Drive strong sales results with focus on achieving goals and key metrics including conversion, AOV, UPT, email capture and inventory health Analyze store performance, identify opportunities, and share weekly updates with the Market Manager, Director of Retail and HQ Empower the team to deliver unforgettable, customer-first experiences daily to drive loyalty and brand obsession What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in retail management, with 2–5 years as a Store Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (footwear/apparel strongly preferred) A natural passion for engaging with people, excellent communication skills and a passion for customer experience Proven leadership in building and retaining strong, high-performing teams Deep knowledge of retail store operations and KPIs Business-minded with a track record of exceeding targets Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with Shopify POS and/or an e-commerce-first brand Previous store opening experience Familiarity with the Greater Seattle Area customer base and community connections What You’ll Get
