Marquee Brands is seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across platforms for Dakine and Body Glove. This role requires a deep understanding of surf, snow, and outdoor culture, as well as the ability to create engaging content, grow online communities, and drive brand awareness through innovative social media strategies. What You’ll Do

Dakine and Body Glove, two iconic brands in the action sports and outdoor industry, are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of surf, snow, and outdoor culture, as well as the ability to create engaging content, grow our online communities, and drive brand awareness through innovative social media strategies. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies that align with brand objectives and target audiences. Manage and grow Dakine and Body Glove’s social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content, including photos, videos, and copywriting, to engage and inspire our communities. Set in place a global social media calendar on a monthly and quarterly basis. Collaborate with athletes, influencers, and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach and authenticity. Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep both brands at the forefront of digital marketing. Engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a strong brand community. Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital campaigns and touchpoints. Manage paid social campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversion. Assist in copywriting for digital campaigns. Work closely with our global partners to integrate product, events, etc. into our strategy. Identify and work with creators/influencers in the active outdoor space. Qualifications & Skills

3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the action sports, outdoor, or lifestyle industry. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies. Understanding of Brand Owner/Licensing model. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a passion for brand voice and authenticity. Experience with content creation, including photography, videography, and editing (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools a plus). Understanding of influencer marketing and brand partnerships. Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or similar tools). Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Passion for outdoor adventure, surf, snow, and active lifestyles is a must! Organized with attention to detail. Ability to work independently on an assignment. Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team. Marquee Brands Benefits And Perks
