Are you a strategic leader with a passion for logistics, process optimization, and team development? We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven Warehouse Manager to take charge of our fast-paced warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated team, streamline processes, and ensure our products move seamlessly from shelf to shipment — all while delivering best-in-class service. As our Warehouse Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain operations — managing people, processes, and systems to ensure top-tier performance and efficiency
Your Responsibilities
Supervise and develop a team of warehouse supervisors and employees — including hiring, training, performance coaching, and recognition. Create a culture of accountability and teamwork that drives results. Continuously improve warehouse productivity, accuracy, and safety. Leverage KPIs to track performance and reduce controllable expenses without sacrificing quality. Implement best practices to enhance outbound shipment quality, inventory accuracy, and order-building efficiency. Lead initiatives that elevate our operational standards. Ensure full and effective use of SAP across warehouse activities. Keep inventory management sharp and reliable — both digitally and physically. Act as a key liaison between warehouse operations and other departments. Resolve inventory and delivery issues quickly and communicate solutions clearly. Promote a safe, clean, and organized workspace. Foster pride in ownership and a commitment to safety across the team.
Your Profile
Associate’s Degree in related field or 5+ years plant/general management experience in a manufacturing environment, Bachelor’s Degree preferred Food & beverage industry experience Less than 10% travel
