Senior Training Specialist
to join the PSA Customer Relations team and assist with training-related needs. This includes organizing, planning, documenting, and executing training sessions for all employees. You will work with people from various departments to assist team members requiring training or retraining, provide education and preparation for existing and new staff, and work with management to maintain consistency of training content. This position reports to the
Sr. Customer Relations Manager
and is based at our Santa Ana, CA office headquarters. What You’ll Do
Assist training in all key areas of the Customer Relations department; deliver training to new hires, temporary employees, and existing employees. Build annual programs and develop teaching plans for all employees. Support onboarding and training for Customer Relations staff. Communicate with team members, fellow trainers, technical writers, and the Training Manager to ensure needs are met. Identify future training needs and create a curriculum with guidance from the Customer Relations Supervisor. Improve policies, procedures, and processes by identifying opportunities for improvement, recommending and implementing solutions, and drafting documents and reports within Customer Relations. Who You Are
B.S. or B.A. preferred. 2-4+ years of experience in a training environment. Fluent in English; able to read and comprehend instructions and present information to individuals and groups at multiple levels. Reliable attendance and flexibility for occasional later shifts. Strong computer skills (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Slides, etc.). Proven experience training others; experience designing training events in a corporate setting with technical writing skills. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations). Strong planning, problem-solving, and project management skills; detail-oriented and organized. Ability to present complex information to diverse audiences; excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Physical Requirements
Computer use: typing, mouse work, and extended computer work. Hand use: regular hand use for tasks. Hearing: ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions. Lifting and carrying: ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Phone use: ability to use phone systems and related equipment. Hourly Rate
The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $28. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and skill. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other compensation; please ask your recruiter for details. Reasons To Join Us
