Overview
Patrol Unit – career-oriented officers needed. Base pay range: $24.25/hr. A $250 bonus is available after 90 days.
Northeast Security Inc. is looking to add to our Patrol Unit for one of our top clients in Dorchester and surrounding Boston, MA areas. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Pay: $24.25/hr plus a $250 bonus after 90 days. Schedules are set and hours are guaranteed. Recruiters will reach out to discuss preferences upon applying. Valid driver’s license (three years or more) with a clean record is required.
Base pay range: $24.25/hr
Responsibilities
Vigilant patrolling of a large property, addressing quality-of-life issues and maintaining safety.
Review security footage and conduct investigations of incidents when required.
Respond to emergency situations involving patrons with quality-of-life concerns (e.g., homelessness, addictions).
Write incident reports and maintain documentation.
Use walkie-talkies to communicate with team members and coordinate responses.
Discern and prioritize calls from irate tenants/customers and access requests.
Adhere to on-site post orders and safety procedures; communicate with local authorities as needed.
Patrol multiple premises, observe suspicious activity, and report incidents promptly.
Other duties as assigned by the client or Northeast Security, Inc.
Qualifications
Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy required (MS Windows, Outlook, OneNote).
High school diploma or GED; ability to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal).
Previous law enforcement or related field experience in a fast-paced environment; candidates pursuing Criminal Justice or related degree are encouraged to apply.
Excellent computer skills with multiple screens; neat and professional appearance; dependable transportation.
Must pass all pre-employment background and drug screenings; must be at least 18 years of age.
