Are you looking to work at the forefront of Machine Learning and AI in the Media and Entertainment industry? Would you be excited to apply Generative AI algorithms to solve real-world problems with significant impact? The AWS Industries Team helps AWS customers implement Generative AI solutions and realize transformational business opportunities in the Media & Entertainment, Sports, and Games industries. This team of data scientists, engineers, and architects collaborates closely with customers to build bespoke solutions harnessing the power of generative AI. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with AI/ML scientists, engineers, and architects to research, design, develop, and evaluate modern generative AI algorithms and build ML systems to address real-world challenges. Interact with customers to understand their business problems, assist in implementing generative AI solutions, deliver briefings, and guide on adoption and deployment strategies. Create and share best practices, tutorials, blog posts, publications, sample code, and presentations tailored to technical, business, and executive audiences. Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence product development and direction. About The Team

Basic Qualifications
Experience with statistical models such as multinomial logistic regression. Proficiency with data scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) or statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab). Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (statistics, mathematics, data science, etc.). At least 5 years of experience as a data scientist. 10 years of experience in Media and Entertainment industries. Preferred Qualifications
Leadership and mentorship experience on data science teams. Master’s or PhD in a relevant quantitative field. Experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and deep learning (e.g., CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer). Hands-on experience training and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and familiarity with AWS or similar cloud platforms. Additional Information
