In gTech Users and Products (gUP), our mission is to advocate for Google’s users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. We achieve this by meeting partners and consumers where they are with support and help, representing their needs with our product partners and proposing fixes and features that elevate their engagement with Google's diverse product ecosystem. The Web Ecosystem team within gTech Users and Products (gUP) works as a specialized group of technical experts handling the cross-product, incubation, activation and scale programs that are key to Google priorities. As a Customer and Partner Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the eyes and ears of Chrome in the ecosystem, and represent our partners within Chrome. This core principle drives every aspect of the team's work, ensuring that Chrome is building the right products for the web, and that partners have the support they need to adopt them. Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to the world's most influential businesses, guiding their engineering and product leaders as they plan their digital strategy, with clear implementation plans as it pertains to the web. Identify and define future platform capabilities by understanding partner needs, translating them into actionable product proposals, and validating the next generation of web technologies. Generate the foundational proof points or activation strategies for Go-To-Market (GTM) that are essential for market assessment, incubation, and broad adoption, while focusing on high-leverage ways to achieve these goals. Provide a high-fidelity, actionable feedback channel from key partners directly into the product development lifecycle.
