Frontier Airlines We are hiring for the Senior Manager, Identity & Access Governance (IAG) within the Cybersecurity team. This role leads a team responsible for authentication, authorization, profile management, and recertification processes, drives the maturity of the IAG program, and serves as the primary point of contact for access provisioning, governance, and administrative needs across the organization. What Will You Be Doing?
Provide organizational and technical leadership on identity and access management function. Design, deliver, and execute on Identity and Access Governance (IAG) vision and roadmap. Implement IAG program management, governance, and lead technical teams to ensure alignment with strategy and vision. Support development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and documented security controls. Manage and oversee control performance of user access reviews for key systems and applications (standard and privileged users). Manage and oversee performance of role review and segregation of duties control functions. Integrate and manage automated IGA solution that supports privileged and non-privileged user access recertification campaigns. Manage a combination of onshore/offshore team members, ensuring identity-related tasks are completed timely and effectively. Collaborate with Internal and External Audit to ensure identity program and controls meet compliance requirements. Assure SDLC and change-related controls are followed when implementing IGA solutions or identity enhancements. Support onboarding of access-related controls and recurring testing on regulated applications (e.g., SOX, TSA, PCI). Establish and enforce password and account lockout policies for user and consumer systems/applications. Support requirements and implementation of a commercial-facing consumer single sign-on (multifactor) capability. Partner with stakeholders to design and implement IAM/IGA solutions aligned to corporate goals. Conduct discovery workshops and interview business owners for gap analysis and propose best practices and future state. Prioritize, develop, and deliver identity and access standards, architecture, and systems to ensure access controls across the enterprise. Manage end-to-end delivery of projects with hands-on involvement in development and configuration of IAM/IGA solutions. Oversee the design and implementation for an enterprise IAM/IGA solution, including feeds/interfaces for HR systems, contractor management, Active Directory, ITSM tools, and downstream applications. Oversee Privileged Identity Access (PIM) and Privilege Access Management (PAM) efforts. Ensure IAM solutions meet security and business objectives by establishing metrics and driving improvements. Stay abreast of industry trends and manage risk; keep stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes. Support M&A due diligence reviews for access controls with appropriate teams. Mentor and coach team members in line with Frontier behaviors and principles. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related technical field 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) 5+ years of operational experience with Active Directory, IAM solutions, and/or User Account Management platforms 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing IAM solutions (e.g., Saviynt, SailPoint, ForgeRock, or similar) 5+ years of experience with control performance on IAM activities (RBAC reviews, access request and certification, password/account lockout reviews) 3+ years of direct people management 5+ years of experience in a highly regulated industry Experience in the airline industry is a plus Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Ability to develop and maintain policies, standards, and guidance artifacts Expert knowledge in core IAM domains: Identity Governance and Administration, Privileged Access Management, Authentication, Authorization, Identity Lifecycle Management Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and deploying IAM/IGA solutions (Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, ForgeRock) Subject matter expert in RBAC, access request and certification Understanding of directory services, SSO, federation, MFA, provisioning, access certification, roles, and SOD Knowledge of authentication protocols (RADIUS, SAML, OpenID, OAuth, LDAP) Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to manage resources and projects Awareness of industry trends and risks; self-directed with strong ethics and organization Negotiation skills with business and technical groups Work Environment
Typical office environment; on-call for after-hours and weekend support may be required. Salary Range
