CDM Smith . CDM Smith is looking for an entry-level Environmental Engineer to join our Water Services Group in Denver. This position presents an excellent opportunity for early career candidates to apply their engineering skills to innovative and sustainable water projects and to grow within a dynamic team. Responsibilities

Support the design and implementation of water and wastewater treatment facilities, sewer systems, pipelines, and associated infrastructure. Operate under supervision to ensure designs meet client specifications and comply with federal, state, and local regulatory standards. Conduct site assessments, adjust design parameters as needed, and perform water quality analyses and modeling. Contribute to technical report preparation, documentation, and collaborate on presentations for client meetings and industry conferences. Assist in creating documents and presentations using tools such as ArcGIS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, CAD, Excel, and other software. Participate in fieldwork supporting construction management activities to provide a comprehensive project lifecycle experience (as available). Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or related discipline. 1 year of related experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on duties and project demands. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Amount of travel: 10% Skills and Abilities

Intermediate knowledge of computer aided design and drafting (CADD) 3D and 4D software and practices. Knowledge of engineering design principles. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Good written and verbal communications skills. EEO and Background Information
