Leads a multidisciplinary, entity-specific quality program, including Clinical Quality, Patient Safety, Infection Control, Performance Improvement, Patient Experience and Regulatory Compliance in alignment with enterprise and operating group priorities and guidance. The Value You'll Bring To The Team

Functions as the entity-specific Patient Safety Officer (PSO) and serves as the entity expert on quality or patient safety-related issues. Access to resources to assist when needed. Oversees and coordinates intradepartmental and interdepartmental services of Quality and Patient Safety. Develops, facilitates, and manages the entity-specific annual QAPI plan, and maintains a quality reporting structure in accordance with the QAPI plan, regulatory requirements, and operating group processes. Integrates and aligns entity quality work with corporate and enterprise efforts. Collaborates on developing, approving, and aligning policies and procedures for the entity and enterprise. Qualifications

Education And Experience Required Bachelor's Required 5 years of experience in a clinical healthcare environment with a focus on quality and safety Experience in clinical operations, performance improvement, regulatory compliance, patient safety (including HRO concepts), and data analysis Excellent communication, problem-solving, statistical and analytical abilities Strong PC skills and knowledge Strong presentation and facilitation skills Education And Experience Preferred Lean Six Sigma Certification (IASSC) Preferred Master's Degree Preferred Leadership experience in a hospital setting LeapFrog and CMS Star Rating knowledge CPPS - Certified Professional in Patient Safety Certified Professional in Health Care Quality Certified Professional in Patient Safety This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws.
