This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, overseeing the creation, delivery, and continuous improvement of all training programs across the organization. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a strong understanding of debt settlement, proven success in training and facilitation, and expertise in learning and development strategy, instructional design, and LMS management. Relocation assistance is available. Key Responsibilities
Oversee new hire sales onboarding programs, ensuring high engagement and successful ramp-up Provide leadership and coaching to the training team to maintain consistent delivery standards Collaborate with executive leadership to identify skills gaps and design targeted training solutions Oversee the design and deployment of leadership, compliance, and sales performance programs Ensure training content is current, accurate, and aligned with compliance requirements in debt settlement Manage the company’s LMS, ensuring ease of access, tracking, and reporting Analyze training effectiveness using performance data and feedback; adjust programs accordingly Partner with other departments to support career development, internal mobility, and succession planning Qualifications
5+ years in training, including at least 2 years in a leadership role 3+ years in Learning & Development Direct experience in the debt settlement industry (required) Proven ability to design and deliver training programs for sales and operations teams Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies Experience managing and implementing LMS platforms Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Data-driven decision-maker with the ability to measure and demonstrate training ROI Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, HR, or related field preferred Why Work for Symple Lending
