We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Principal Project Manager (Level 3)
to assist in executing key organizational strategy initiatives in support of a large Special Access Program (SAP) Security team as an individual contributor in
Melbourne, FL . Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand strategic priorities and goals. Assist in the execution and tracking of organizational strategy initiatives. Provide analytical support for strategy development, including gathering and synthesizing data from various sources. Contribute to the development of strategic frameworks, action plans, and performance metrics. Project Management & Coordination: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and materials are delivered on time. Provide support in organizing strategy meetings, workshops, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders. Monitor and track the progress of strategic initiatives and report on outcomes. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices for presentation design and strategy execution. Proactively identify areas for improvement in strategy communication and propose innovative solutions. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field and 5 years of experience, 3 years with a Masters, 1 year with a PhD Must currently hold a Secret Clearance with the ability to maintain at the Secret Level Proficient with Microsoft 365 products with strong expertise in PowerPoint and Canva Experience with Atlassian tools to include: Jira, Confluence, JSM, and Assets Proven experience in supporting organizational strategy initiatives, business analysis, or project management Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize complex information into easily digestible visuals Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
