We are seeking an experienced retail Store Manager to lead our store. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on driving sales and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities
Achieve sales goals through team coaching and outstanding customer service Maintain a consistent and positive store experience for customers Think strategically and operate efficiently according to company standards Prioritize, plan, delegate, and adapt to business needs Manage inventory, cash control, and loss prevention Recruit and retain staff to ensure proper staffing Create a positive environment for team growth and success Develop and lead a large team of employees Qualifications
3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in specialty retail Passion for the Swatch brand culture Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills Ability to lead a cohesive and efficient store Team-oriented mindset Benefits
