We are seeking an experienced AVP of Data Analytics and Compliance to spearhead data analytics and compliance initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will identify meaningful outliers, perform causal analysis, and collaborate with key stakeholders to address compliance risks and ensure ongoing regulatory readiness. Responsibilities
Provide strategic and management leadership for compliance and data analytics initiatives, driving data-informed decisions and robust compliance practices. Oversee the creation, deployment, and maintenance of regulatory and compliance metrics, education, and training programs across the organization. Identify and direct actions to address key compliance risks based on internal and external metrics, proactively mitigating issues. Serve as a subject matter expert and industry leader on key company initiatives, guiding toward success. Maintain strong relationships with executives and leaders to align on compliance and data analytics strategies. Provide in-depth data analysis of metrics, interpret data, perform causal analysis, and report findings to appropriate corporate entities. Manage a high-performing team that evaluates data analytics, identifies key data metrics and outliers, collaborates with facilities/entities, and documents outcomes with corrective action plans or explanations. Contribute to policies, procedures, internal education programs, system updates, compliance tools, and resources to address findings and enhance compliance. Evaluate results for trends or systemic issues and facilitate action steps for problem resolution and risk mitigation. Monitor performance and ensure regulatory system readiness and optimal use of technology. Identify improvement opportunities; develop, implement, monitor, and revise processes to improve compliance. Share best practices across the organization and promote standardization where appropriate. Drive development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance metrics to measure performance accurately. Provide guidance on key company initiatives to support organizational success. Communicate significant issues, project status, barriers, and successes to department leadership and stakeholders. Some travel may be required – up to 25%. Qualifications
10 years healthcare experience required. 7 years in a leadership/management role required. Bachelor’s degree required. Compliance-related certification preferred. Benefits
