Lead paid media strategy across omnichannel vendors and platforms (e.g., Google, Bing, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic video/display/audio). Mentor and manage Media Specialists; develop strategic plans and oversee campaign execution, budget pacing, optimization, and reporting oversight. Collaborate with Account teams and other Media colleagues to align client business goals with innovative, effective paid media strategies. Analyze ongoing paid media campaigns and provide campaign optimization recommendations to clients and internal teams. Lead campaign reporting and insights analysis; cadence varies by client. Perform quality assurance of all campaign setup prior to launch for assigned clients. Hire and manage 1–2 Media Specialists, providing coaching, mentorship, feedback, and support. We Need a Person With

Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university. 4+ years of experience in media planning, media buying, and/or media strategy specific to paid media. 3+ years of client-facing experience. Ability to teach and guide specialists on paid search/paid social/programmatic platforms. Competence in:

Paid search: Google and Bing Ads Paid social: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc. Programmatic: The Trade Desk, Yahoo!, Amazon, etc.

Track record of evolving media campaigns to exceed performance goals. Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing team members. Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights. Expert-level knowledge of specific media channels. Leadership capabilities (coaching, mentoring, managing). Competence in platforms, automation, and industry trends; media planning and optimization; Web Analytics. Willingness to work East Coast hours. Compensation and Benefits
