Senior Business Development Manager

Senior Business Development Manager , you’ll drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and guiding capture efforts across defense, aerospace, and intelligence markets. This is a high-impact role that requires both technical understanding and business acumen. If you thrive on winning new business, shaping strategy, and engaging with senior leaders across government and industry, this is the opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities

Develop and strengthen relationships with customers, primes, and partners in defense, aerospace, and intelligence. Identify, qualify, and position new opportunities using SAM.gov, GovWin, and other pipeline tools. Lead capture activities and shape winning strategies. Direct proposal responses with technical and leadership teams. Partner with engineering/program teams to develop tailored RF solutions. Track industry trends, budgets, and competitor activity to inform strategy. Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecasts to drive growth planning. Execute long-term growth strategies in collaboration with leadership. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred). 7+ years of business development, capture, or sales experience in defense/aerospace. Technical understanding of RF systems and ability to communicate with engineers/customers. Familiarity with DoD/IC acquisition processes, budgets, and customer communities. Experience with federal contract vehicles (RS3, GSA, SeaPort-NxG, etc.). Proven record of winning new business and driving growth. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Active

Secret clearance

required; TS/SCI preferred. Willingness to travel up to 30%. Why Apply
