The impact you’ll make Join Lam as a Business Operations Analyst, where you\'ll spearhead process improvement initiatives. With your systems knowledge and business process acumen, you expertly collect and analyze data, evaluate processes, develop metrics, and identify root causes with data-driven indicators for future improvements. Organizing cross-functional project teams, you communicate team progress and survey best practices, showcasing your commitment to operational excellence at Lam.

In this role you will be pivotal in driving CDX improvements with BDSO, corporate output/shipment management with GOps, LMS(QxR) support, as well as drive/support continuous improvement cFT activities critical to the organization’s success. The role will work closely with GOps as well as BDSO to align and resolve issues both short and long term. The ideal candidate exhibits a sense of urgency when needed, and demonstrates strong accountability and a sense of ownership.

The role has a hybrid schedule, and you will be required to work onsite at least three days per week at Lam’s facility in Fremont, CA.

What You’ll Do

Drive CDX (Customer Delivery Experience) improvement with BDSO as SPOC (Single Point of Contact).

Prepare week-to-week/QXR shipment bridges, maintain risks/opportunities listing, and input overrides into forecast to align with company commit.

Support forecast cycle (AKA “QXR”) presentation materials.

Track and monitor quarterly output and shipment forecasts for all systems and reliant.

Work and develop productive relationships with various departments within the company, including Finance, Sales Operations, Regions, and Business Development, to ensure timely and accurate forecasting of the company’s shipments.

Spearhead continuous improvement activities for the BDSO Demand Management team, including business POR design, enhancements of forecasting tools, and BDSO Playbook site management.

Drive EOQ (End of Quarter) procedures as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact).

Review Rev Rec (Revenue Recognition) BKOs for the Revenue team to meet corporate revenue commit.

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business or a related field.

Candidates must have the confidence and communication skills to inform and influence at all organizational levels, including the executive level.

Proficient in Microsoft suite, with advanced Excel skills, SAP, and CRM experience.

Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision-making.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in influencing stakeholders.

Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience.

Preferred Qualifications

10+ years of related experience in Business Operations, Operations Planning or Sales Operations, preferably in the semiconductor industry.

Power BI or other related experience preferred.

Data Science/Data Analytics experience a plus.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.

Salary and Benefits Salary information: San Francisco Bay Area location. Typical range: $111,000.00 - $244,000.00, with actual offers based on location, level, education, training, skills, and experience.
