Professional Services Enablement Manager

OpenGov is seeking a highly organized, collaborative, creative and self-motivated Professional Services Enablement Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. This role focuses on enabling the Professional Services (PS) business through ongoing initiatives, driving operational cadences, and ensuring excellent customer outcomes across all OpenGov products. The role will contribute to PS business process changes, collaborate with PS portfolio owners, sustain the team’s operating rhythm and growth, and manage PS enablement activities including monthly enablement sessions, onboarding, knowledge management, and career path frameworks. It will also ensure continued enablement and adoption of our PSA tool Rocketlane to drive operational efficiency and team effectiveness. Responsibilities Design and operationalize the Professional Services Implementation Methodology across systems and workflows in partnership with PS leaders. Develop, maintain, and enforce a standard Project Management playbook across all PS verticals and drive adoption. Ensure seamless hand-offs and accurate project scoping through integrated processes. Lead the PS enablement strategy, including sessions focused on tools, methodologies, and best practices. Partner with PS leadership to support monthly PS team meetings, ensuring alignment across initiatives. Manage and expand cross-functional PS content, enabling collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams. Drive continued enablement and adoption of Rocketlane (PSA tool), ensuring optimization across PS. Manage and curate Guru (knowledge base) content for accuracy, accessibility, and relevance; track enablement adoption and content usage with data-driven insights. Develop and evolve PS onboarding strategy and programs to train and integrate new hires at scale. Leverage AI tools and insights to identify opportunities for automation, analytics, and smarter resource allocation. Partner with Product Marketing and Product Operations to ensure readiness for new functionality and equip the PS team with required knowledge, tools, and resources for customer success. Requirements And Preferred Experience Minimum of 4 years of experience in Professional Services or Professional Services Enablement within a SaaS business model. Strong familiarity with CRM and PSA solutions and experience optimizing processes and reporting in both systems. Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, driving change while coaching others. Strong analytical experience with data aggregation in Excel. Positive attitude and flexibility during rapid change. Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to highlight and collaborate on areas for improvement. Ability to build strong relationships with department leaders and stakeholders to drive results. Bachelor’s degree in Business or a relevant field. Compensation Salary range: $120k - $135k. On target ranges include base plus a portion of variable compensation based on company and individual performance.
