ServiceNow ITOM Implementation Senior Associate
Join Crowe for the ServiceNow ITOM Implementation Senior Associate role. This position focuses on hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration, with emphasis on ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. You will be part of a collaborative delivery team that architects and builds scalable ServiceNow solutions for clients. Responsibilities
Execute deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM, including:
Discovery patterns, probes, and sensors MID Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting Event Management rule creation and alert correlation Service Mapping design and deployment
Develop and maintain integration solutions with external systems (e.g., monitoring tools, CMDB feeders). Translate technical requirements and architecture into scalable, supportable implementations. Work closely with Solution Architects and engagement leads to ensure solution quality and alignment. Write and maintain clear, reusable documentation and internal development standards. Support system testing, UAT, deployment, and ongoing performance tuning. Participate in internal technical design sessions and code reviews. Engage with clients during technical workshops, validations, or post-go-live support. Desired Skills
Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting methods In-depth understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, discovery patterns, and infrastructure modeling Experience integrating with third-party tools like SolarWinds, SCOM, Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, etc. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments Strong troubleshooting skills with MID Servers, connectivity, and system performance Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA – Required ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist CIS – Discovery, Service Mapping, or Event Management Certified Application Developer CAD – Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience 2+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM hands-on work Demonstrated experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management Ability to independently deliver technical solutions with minimal supervision Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly around documenting complex logic Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within distributed teams Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% as needed for client engagements Why Crowe?
