Relationship Banker - Logan Square Branch, Chicago, IL. Bilingual English and Spanish required. Responsibilities
Put clients first and exceed expectations by delivering attentive, friendly service and creating a welcoming environment. Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them in person and by phone to understand financial needs and tailor product and service recommendations. Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust by asking questions, listening, and anticipating needs. Educate and connect clients to technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet banking needs anytime, anywhere. Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients and connect them to our team of experts for specialized needs. Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in acquiring new clients and deepening relationships. Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service quality. Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits to clients with differing needs. Strong problem-resolution skills with attention to detail to ensure consistent client experiences. Ability to operate within established risk parameters and complete required training; compliance orientation. High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (including 63 if required), and Life licenses; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire. Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
College degree or military equivalent. Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Licensing and Compliance
This position is subject to Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Employment offers depend on review of criminal history, credit report, NMLS information, and fitness considerations. Felony convictions within the last seven years may disqualify.
