In this role, you will be part of a diverse and inclusive team, contribute to meaningful UX projects and provide technical support assistance to customers. This unique blend of work is designed to provide an opportunity for continuous learning and technical development to prepare you for future success. Contribute to high impact UX Design projects with teams across Development organizations to strengthen your technical and professional skills and help advance your career. Work with project partners to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet user needs and the project partners’ vision. Help promote standard methodologies in design, usability, and accessibility within the design and engineering teams and across the company. Provide technical support to MathWorks customers for highly complex technical issues in MATLAB, Simulink, and other MathWorks products. Specialize and develop technical skills in your domain and MathWorks product suite. Develop and demonstrate leadership skills through opportunities to coach and mentor others, and contribute to, initiate or lead process improvement projects. Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master’s degree, or equivalent experience) is required. Experience with user experience Additional Qualifications

Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a STEM discipline with HCI, Design, or similar specialization Experience with relevant design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe, Axure) Portfolio available for viewing, highlighting multiple projects and your direct contributions linked in your resume Experience crafting user experiences in technical/engineering domains Programming experience in any programming language (MATLAB, R, Python, C++, Java, JS, etc.) Employment type
