Greene IS integrates closely with Microsoft as a partner to innovate cutting edge solutions for MSPs. With hundreds of customers across the United States we need technical administrators willing to travel in the Seattle-metro and the US to assist client with technical installations and integrations. This position is classified as full-time and may require travel to a customer site in the United States. The idealField Support Engineerwill have 3+ years experience in an MSP environment. Responsibilities

Travel to customer sites in the Seattle-metro area and across the United States to assist with technical installations and integrations. Provide end user support and desktop support for Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, desktop and mobile device troubleshooting. Assist with the Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD) and related services. Support of Windows Server platforms, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure administration. Assist with endpoint threat management using Windows Defender or similar products. Support virtualization environments (Hyper-V and VMware). Understand networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/DMZ/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching, Firewalls). Qualifications

End User Support / Desktop Support experience with Microsoft Windows, Office; strong troubleshooting for desktop and mobile devices. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience supporting Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD). Systems Administration knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure. Experience with Windows Defender or other endpoint protection products. Intermediate understanding of virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware). Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/DMZ/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching, Firewalls). Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of MSP experience, particularly using ConnectWise or similar ticketing systems. Experience with workloads in Azure or AWS. Experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Azure, AVDs. Microsoft or related industry certifications. Scripting and automation experience with PowerShell, Azure Automation, Web APIs.
