We are looking for a
Full-Time Commercial Real Estate Appraiser
for our Atlanta Office or remote work from Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina.
The candidate will perform appraisals of commercial and residential properties, developments, and undeveloped land for disputes, purchase allocations, financing, or restructuring. Litigation experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities include:
Ensuring valuations comply with USPAP;
Building and maintaining client relationships;
Collaborating with other financial experts;
Testifying as an expert, if needed;
Marketing and developing client networks;
Managing project flow, budgets, and timelines;
Demonstrating leadership and integrity;
Maintaining high performance standards;
Communicating effectively via phone and email.
Requirements:
State Certified General Appraisal License;
Experience with tax appeals, condemnation, and special purpose properties;
Ability to analyze complex documents and reports;
Responding effectively to client needs under deadlines;
Making presentations to clients and legal counsel;
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word;
Willingness to travel as needed.
