Completes basic operational approved logistics processing on schedule (Goods Receipt / Warehouse / Transport / Dispatch).
2nd Shift Hours : 1:00pm – 9:30pm, Monday – Friday.
As a
Material Working Associate – 2nd Shift
at our Plainfield, Indiana, Distribution Center, you will be responsible for:
You will use a RF device on foot to pick customer orders You will build picking carts to process work in various areas of the site Use a portable RF scanner to complete tasks in the system Use a computer to move product in an automated storage and retrieval system You will help pick, pack, and ship out various products on-time, in temperature and undamaged Assist other departments (Support and Shipping) when needed Maintain appropriate productivity, quality and attendance

You have a good work ethic, coming to work every day and on-time You are able to work with a diverse group of people You are energetic and self-motivated You care about the quality of work that you do every day You are able to work in various climates (-20°C, 2° - 8°C, and 15° - 30°C) throughout the week during a shift of up to 10 hours at times You are able to work overtime when needed You are able to learn and apply policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines You have basic math and reading skills and basic computer operation skills and strong attention to detail (identifying product numbers, batches, expiration dates etc.) You are able to receive, understand and accurately respond to questions and direction from supervisors/managers and other company personnel You are able to operate multiple frequency devices, voice pick equipment, handheld scanners, and other equipment as directed

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally

The Annual Base Pay For This Position Is
Min $36,000 - Max $54,000
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
