$65,000-$75,000 annually Responsibilities

Assist management in the review of P&L’s and month end packages Report to third parties and respond to all inquiries in a timely fashion Assist in sales tax audits and review sales tax exempt reports Perform reconciliations and account analysis for balance sheet accounts to include cash, accounts payable, accounts receivable, prepaid and accrued accounts Perform month-end accounting close and review financial reports to identify and explain variances Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals and variances Provide appropriate accounting information to hotels and management when needed Assist hotels in accounting issues and queries daily Generate and distribute account management reports on a monthly basis Adhere to standard accounting principles and company procedures Ability to multi task and meet strict deadlines Strong written and communication skills Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Strong time management skills Self-initiative and follow-through Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers Qualifications and Requirements

General accounting experience including general ledger, bank reconciliations, financial statements, balance sheet preparation and accounts payable PC literacy in MS Word and MS Excel Hospitality and SAP experience a plus Education/Experience

Bachelor’s in Business/Accounting or 5 years relevant experience required Equal Employment Opportunity
