As an Enterprise Resilience Risk Lead within PNC's Business Resilience organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Phoenix, AZ, Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion. As an Enterprise Resilience Risk Lead, you will be responsible for performing ongoing risk assessments to inform resilience strategy and monitor impacts to established risk tolerances. Risk identification is enabled through various activities including the enterprise risk assessment, gaps, concentrations of unmitigated risk & quality concerns, inadequate resilience strategies (e.g., AWA gaps); third party assessment, source code escrow, & ongoing monitoring activities; change initiative engagement & monitoring activities; quality control monitoring BR and Ops Res Lifecycles; crisis/event management metrics. You will work closely across the Business Resilience and Enterprise Event Management teams in the assessment of resiliency risks across the Enterprise and drive the appropriate actions and strategies.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the establishment and oversight of Line of Business risk strategies and program execution. Serves as a senior risk advocate for the risk management program, process owner and/or regulatory relationship liaison.
Establishes the line of business risk management strategies and programs, maintains and enhances existing programs to support the business(es) in managing risk while meeting business and regulatory expectations.
Oversees the timely and proper execution of the risk management program within and/or across the lines of business. Owns process and/or regulatory relationship liaison.
Provides risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit). Monitors changes in internal and external factors and identifies emerging risks.
Leads and engages cross functional teams and develops internal capabilities.

Qualifications
8+ years of experience in risk identification & assessments or relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge of industry best practices in risk management, risk frameworks, including Scenario Analysis, Risk Aggregation and Concentration, as well as the FFIEC IT Examination Regulatory guidelines.
Common Risk Management certifications a plus, such as PMI-Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), CRISC, RIMS-CRMP, CRM.
