In-N-Out Burger . We are seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Executive Estate Manager to support an In-N-Out Executive and their family. This role blends the responsibilities of an Estate Manager, Personal Assistant, and Executive Assistant. It is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments, enjoys variety, and excels at organization, project management, and hands-on support. The right candidate is proactive, resourceful, and professional, able to bring structure while remaining flexible to changing needs. You’ll be responsible for household operations, staff management, and high-touch support for the executive and family, while coordinating across multiple properties and schedules. The executive currently resides in the Los Angeles area and will relocate to Franklin/Nashville, TN in summer 2026. The role will support this transition and relocation in Spring 2026 prior to the executive’s arrival. Generous relocation benefits are included.

Responsibilities

Household Oversight & Family Support: Manage household operations for the family home (Los Angeles area and later Nashville), including supervising staff, hiring as needed, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Supervise day-to-day activities, projects, and vendors to ensure smooth operations; oversee property readiness for family arrivals, events, and travel.

Provide hands-on support across household and family priorities, pivoting quickly as needs change; anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure confidentiality.

Serve as the go-to person for personal errands, projects, and requests; oversee children’s school readiness, registrations, supply lists, uniforms, extracurricular schedules, and communications with schools.

Staff Management: Directly manage multiple household staff members; lead recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and performance evaluations; ensure compliance with household policies and confidentiality agreements.

Calendar Management: Orchestrate personal and family schedules, confirm appointments, manage cancellations/rescheduling, and communicate updates to family, staff, and vendors.

Events & Activities: Plan and manage logistics for family and corporate events, social gatherings, household meetings, and children’s activities; oversee catering, reservations, vendor coordination, guest communications, and on-site execution.

Travel Coordination: Partner with the Executive Events Manager and travel team on domestic and international travel; arrange itineraries, transportation, accommodations, and logistics for principals, children, and staff; address medical, dietary, and personal needs during travel; coordinate property readiness for vacations.

Benefits & Schedule

Full-time, Exempt position

Salary Range: $107,000 - $160,000, plus bonus (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM in the household office, with flexibility for evenings and weekends

Company car provided; anticipated 15–20% of time dedicated to errands

Requirements

Leadership experience in operations or a support role within In-N-Out or equivalent leadership experience

Experience supporting executives and their families’ schedules and activities, or equivalent leadership experience

Proven adaptability, comfort with unpredictability, and the ability to handle evolving priorities with poise

Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills; ability to move between strategic oversight and hands-on support; anticipate needs

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Tech-savvy with proficiency in email, word processing, and calendar tools

Absolute discretion and professionalism

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and respond to after-hours requests as needed
