Test Engineer / Principal Test Engineer

to join our team supporting the Sentinel program (formerly GBSD). Location:

Roy, UT . This role supports test and checkout activities for the Sentinel program. Relocation assistance may be available. Travel: Yes, up to 10% of the time. Clearance type: Secret. Support the development of test requirements and detailed integration test plans, test procedures, test readiness reviews (TRRs), test data and test reports Execute qualification and acceptance testing per requirements, plans and procedures Execute tests, manage and prioritize problems/failures Participate in internal and customer test planning working groups Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment Write and deliver test presentations in support of program reviews and customer delivery (CDRL) development Compile data and define changes required in test equipment, test procedures, or new test requirements Troubleshoot test and prototype issues & create Test Discrepancy Reports Collaborate with systems engineers, testing houses, development engineers and other stakeholders involved in testing Review test plans, procedures, and reports; witness testing as the Cognizant Engineer Participate in technical exchange meetings, interfacing with customers (internal/external) and contributing to program deliverables Benefits

The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications – Test Engineer (T02)

2 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; Master's degree 0 years of relevant experience; 4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree Basic Qualifications – Principal Test Engineer (T03)

5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; Master's degree 3 years of relevant experience; PhD 1 year relevant experience; 4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in writing electrical/mechanical component testing documentation (e.g., troubleshooting, test plans, procedures, reports) Basic Qualifications Required (Both Levels)

U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance (current and within scope at time of application) Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period Familiarity with systems engineering integration and test principles and processes Preferred Qualifications

Security+ Certification Experience with automated test equipment for cable testing Active Top-Secret Clearance Experience with DOORS, IBM JAZZ Active SAP access B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering Experience with Model-Based Engineering Tools (e.g., Cameo) Experience with test equipment design, procedures, and reports Familiarity with testing standards (Mil-Std-810, DO-160, Mil-Std-461/464) Experience coordinating and leading integrated testing with multiple test teams Cable testing/design experience (especially with automated test equipment) Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence Experience with mechanical and/or electrical design Test automation scripting with RTOS Strong communication and ability to present technical details to peers and stakeholders #Sentinelintandtest Salary

Salary Range: $70,200.00 - $105,400.00; Salary Range 2: $86,600.00 - $130,000. The final offer depends on factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education, market conditions, and other considerations. Depending on the position, overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses may apply. Long-term incentives may be available for certain roles.
