Overview

Knowledge Management Specialist at Booz Allen Hamilton. This role involves enabling collaboration of cyber operational data for USCYBERCOM leadership, developing and promoting knowledge management best practices, and serving as a resource for internal business process design and development. You will promote the use of knowledge management tools, implement repeatable processes for continual improvement, research training sources, and present knowledge management briefings to the Command staff. You will integrate information across departments to facilitate easy access, sharing, and dissemination with internal partners and external clients; train front-end users; develop reports; and support senior management with analyses, presentations, and recommended changes. Monitor benefits and success measures, streamline processes and system automation with partners, and collaborate across business units to communicate complex concepts.

Key Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a knowledge management specialist

Strong attention to detail

Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph

Bachelor’s degree in Information Management

Additional Qualifications

Experience supporting joint operational planning

Experience with red teaming

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Compensation

Salary is determined by factors including location, education, knowledge, skills, experience, and contract-specific requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
