Serving as the lead for safety data reporting and analysis, the Safety Data Analyst will develop data-driven insights aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs). They will monitor and interpret safety trends, produce actionable reports, and communicate findings to Frontier’s leadership to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Essential Functions
Play a central role in the Company’s safety management system (SMS) by providing independent and objective analysis on the safety health of Frontier Airlines and our business partners by using a risk-based, value-added approach Perform continuous analysis of Frontier Airlines data to identify trends, safety concerns, and effectiveness of safety risk controls Apply data mining, advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and forecasting skills to analyze current and historical pre-cursors to make predictions about future events Capture and analyze information from multiple sources and databases into integrated safety performance dashboards (Power BI) and reports issued to all management levels Prepare data presentations for the Quarterly Executive Safety Review Board and Board of Directors meetings Compile and distribute weekly and monthly safety performance reports Lead and support various ad hoc safety projects across departments Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years relevant experience 3+ years experience in data analytics, data science, data visualization Strong analytical skills required – proficiency in MS Office, Visualization Tools, or forecast modeling tools preferred Experience in data analytics required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Proven ability to deliver data-driven presentations and communicate Findings effectively to varied audiences Exceptional critical thinking skills Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and engage stakeholders at all levels Ability to report at Frontier HQ in Denver M-TH on a weekly basis Equipment Operated
