Delivery Architect Director- SAP DTS- Life Sciences - Solution Architect A Delivery Architect Director is a Transformation Leader and must demonstrate they understand Capgemini's approach to Transformational Change and can convince clients of our ability to lead and deliver change on a complex program. Understands the relationship between change activities and the broader program delivery, able to consider this in both solution and delivery execution. The SAP Life Sciences Industry Solution Architect is a senior professional who specializes in designing and implementing SAP solutions tailored to the unique needs of the life sciences industry, such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices. This role involves combining deep expertise in SAP technologies with a thorough understanding of regulatory and operational requirements in life sciences to optimize business processes, ensure compliance, and drive innovation. SAP Demand to Supply (DTS) Solution Architect to Manage, Lead and Elevate our supply chain operations. The SAP DTS Senior Director will play a vital role in shaping the future of our supply chain, ensuring efficiency, and aligning processes with organizational goals. Your Role Experience and responsibilities span SAP solution architecture, manufacturing industry focus, presales support, and delivery leadership within life sciences. The candidate will design, implement, manage and contribute to proposals for SAP solutions tailored to the Life Sciences sector, including process and batch manufacturing, integration with EWM, and related supply chain capabilities. The role requires leadership in complex SAP S/4HANA implementations, process industries, demand planning, and production processes, with a strong emphasis on delivering value and compliant, efficient operations.
SAP Solution Architect and Manufacturing Industry Subject Matter Expert responsible for designing, implementing, managing and pre-sales of SAP solutions tailored to the Life Sciences industry.
Core Manufacturing Modules experience with process and batch manufacturing, tolling, integration with EWM, Transportation Management and Product compliance solutions.
Experience on multiple SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Strong background in SAP implementation projects within process industries, focusing on demand planning, supply chain management, and production processes.
Ability to deliver sophisticated projects. Lead and assist customer and Sales Operations.
Aptitude to rapidly pickup new technologies or value propositions relevant across Capgemini lines of business and map them to client requirements.
Commitment to continuous learning and continued industry expertise.
Build and maintain commercially productive relationships with multiple third-party organizations at a regional level.
Develop and deliver proposal and presentation content, as well as marketing materials across multiple areas of expertise, leveraged across presales opportunities within a region.
Proposal development: own plan and deliver an entire proposal response from client requirements to executive summaries for external opportunities.
Pricing & Strategies: estimate effort and optimize resources for opportunities.
Client relationships: build credibility and become a trusted advisor with key clients and stakeholders across the engagement.
Delivery Excellence: champion delivery methodology and toolsets, and be a recognized leader in delivery excellence.
Proactively work with regional and global capability management to align delivery capabilities with market demand in established and new areas of expertise.
Your Skills And Experience
Extensive knowledge of SAP solutions specific to the Life Sciences industry, including SAP S/4, SAP Cloud Platform and industry-specific cloud offerings.
Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA for Life Sciences, including modules like PP-PI, QM, PLM, and EWM.
Big 4 / consultancy experience is preferred.
12 years professional experience with a minimum of 5 years in Life Sciences / SAP context and S/4HANA.
S/4HANA Greenfield/Brownfield implementation experience.
SAP & Life Science Certifications preferred.
Expertise in core business processes for Life Sciences; capable of facilitating technology-agnostic business capability workshops.
Ability to develop and present innovative implementation strategies, considering client budget, cash flow, and time to value.
Ability to identify and present different commercial strategies (including outcome-based models) suitable for delivering business outcomes while remaining commercially viable.
Ability to deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, project teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
Delivery Excellence: ability to lead the delivery of a solution blueprint that satisfies business requirements and enables timely and profitable delivery.
Ability to lead a program shaping strategy and roadmaps across multiple lines of business.
Proven ability to lead across the full lifecycle of large transformation projects.
Understanding of functions and phases across Capgemini services and third-party partners to deliver program outcomes.
